This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw O.P. No.570 of 2014 from the file of X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and transfer the same to any other competent court in City Civil Courts, Hyderabad/ Secunderabad for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is granted.
