This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused No.1, under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.703 of 2015 of Prohibition & Excise Station, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8C read with Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, 1985.

A perusal of the record discloses that the seized ganja is 200 kgs, which is commercial quantity. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner - accused.
