When the matter is taken up for hearing Sri G.Sai Kishore, advocate, representing Sri A.Chandra Shaker, submits that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous as the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
