This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw R.C.No.62 of 2014 from the file of the Additional Rent Controller, City Civil Court, Secunderabad and transfer the same to the file of the Rent Controller, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to it under law including filing of the similar petition before the appropriate forum. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand closed.
