cc_1718_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 01-08-2017 in W.P.No. 25343 of 2017.

In pursuance of the direction issued by this Court on 30-08-2017, respondent No. 1 - contemnor is personally present. He has placed before us proceedings Rc.No. 3141/A5/B1/B2/C6/A3/2017 dated 12-09-2017 drafting the petitioners back and restoring them to work at their previous working places on work adjustment basis until further orders. Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the respondents deliberately violated the order of this Court by relieving the petitioners in spite of their having knowledge of the order of this Court. Respondent No. 1 has informed the Court that one of the petitioners herself opted for a place of her choice and the concerned Headmaster accordingly relieved her.

He has further submitted that neither he nor the Headmaster concerned have any intention of willful violation of the order of this Court. The issue whether the respondents violated the order of this Court or not need not be adjudicated in this contempt case for the reason that they have purged the contempt if any by issuing proceedings dated 12-09-2017 referred to above.
