Heard counsel for petitioner, the Government Pleader for Endowments takes notice for respondents 1 & 2 and Sri K.Jagan Mohan Reddy, Standing Counsel takes notice for 3rd respondent. 2.

Petitioner had suffered an order of eviction in O.A.No.923 of 2014 on 08.02.2018 of the Telangana Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad and was directed to vacate and handover possession of the subject premises within three (03) months. 3.

Though counsel for petitioner tried to challenge the said order, I do not find any error of jurisdiction passed by the Tribunal to interfere with the said order and I am satisfied that valid reasons have been given by the Tribunal for passing the said order. 4.

According to the petitioner, monthly rent of the premises is Rs.1,000/- and the petitioner has filed an affidavit dt.25.04.2018 undertaking to vacate the premises by 25.07.2018. 5.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting time till 25.07.2018 to the petitioner to vacate the subject premises and handover possession to the 2nd respondent, subject to payment of arrears of rent if any and also subject to payment of rent @ Rs.1,000/- per month till the petitioner vacates the said premises by 25.07.2018. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
