When the matter up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent - State submits that since charge sheet has already been filed in this case in Crime No.105 of 2018 of Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
