Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that for the relief sought for in the writ petition, petitioner has to avail alternative remedy of filing civil suit, and hence liberty may given to the petitioner avail the said remedy.

In view of the above submission, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of filing a suit before the competent civil court.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
