This revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order, dated 03.07.2017 in O.S.No.111 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajamahendravaram.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.
