This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1339 of 2014 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District, to try along with O.P.No.63 of 2015.

On 06.08.2015, while granting interim stay, this Court directed the petitioner to send notice to the respondent and file proof of sending of notice in the Registry within three weeks. For one reason or other, the petitioner did not send the notice to the respondent. The petitioner also did not file the proof of service in the Registry from 2015 onwards. Again, on 18.04.2018, this Court directed the petitioner to serve the notice on the advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent before the trial Court. For the reasons best known, the petitioner did not send the notice either to the respondent or to his counsel. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. 3.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-complying the orders of this Court dated 06.08.2015 and 18.04.2018. There shall be no order as to costs.
