THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1689 of 2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 06.03.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5461 of 2015.

By an order dated 06.03.2015 this Court this Court observed as follows:

"The petitioner has submitted the application in Form VI (A) on 29.11.2014 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Krosuru Mandal, the third respondent herein. Therefore, the third respondent shall deal with the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from today."

Respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that in terms of the orders of this Court, she has taken up the Form VI (A) application of the petitioner and during the course of inquiry it was noticed that the petitioner has not been in possession of the land in question and the land in a question is only a Government poramboke and not a private patta land, accordingly she passed an order dated 02.07.2015 rejecting the request of the petitioner for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books.

Though the counter affidavit was served on the petitioner on 28.10.2015, as on date, no reply affidavit has been filed denying the contents thereof.

Having considered the respective submissions, inasmuch as, the orders have been made by the respondent, there being substantial compliance of the orders of this Court, this Contempt Case is closed with an observation that the petitioner is at liberty

to avail appropriate remedies as available if he is otherwise aggrieved by the orders made by the respondent in Rc.No.113/2015/A, dated 02.07.2015.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. No costs.
