Learned counsel for the petitioners states that no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition in view of the subsequent developments. He however states that leave may be granted for filing a fresh writ petition, if necessary.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to approach this Court by way of a fresh writ petition, if warranted, in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
