HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 985 of 2015 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed against the order passed in WP No.11215 of 2015, dated 20.04.2015, at the stage of notice before admission. Ultimately, the Writ Petition was considered and it was dismissed. Against the order of dismissal in the Writ Petition the petitioner approached the Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench granted interim direction. As a result of the said interim direction, if there is any violation, the petitioner should have moved the Division Bench, but not against an order which merged with the final disposal of the Writ Petition ended in dismissal.

2. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
