THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.696 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents in the Contempt Case.

2. Having regard to the fact that the interim order passed by this Court on 22.08.2014 has been complied with, although with some delay, I do not wish to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court since there does not appear to be any willful or deliberate disobedience of the said order.

3. Therefore the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
