THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.295 of 2010 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The petitioner herein is aggrieved by the non-implementation of the three language formula. It is his grievance that the students, whose mother tongue is other than Telugu, are required to learn Telugu resulting in their not being given an opportunity to learn Hindi, which is a National Language.

These are all matters of policy for the State Government to consider and, in the absence of violation of any provision of the Constitution or a Statute, are not matters of judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Suffice it if the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation to the Government of Telangana putting forth all the contentions urged in this writ petition. We have no reason to doubt that, on such a representation being submitted, the matter would receive due its consideration by the officials concerned.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
