HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13018 OF 2011 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.131 of 2011 on the file of Bhanoor Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 31.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, BDL Bhanoor Police Station, Medak District and submitted that the crime No.131 of 2011 was referred as 'false' on 21.04.2012 and a final report to that effect was filed before Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sangareddy and therefore, the subject matter of the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.131 of 2011 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
