This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of C.C.No.413 of 2015 pending on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Proddatur, to any Court in Hyderabad District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The ground raised by the petitioner that he is a resident of Hyderabad and he is suffering from ailments, is not convincing and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner. However, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when his presence is specifically insisted by the trial Court. The petitioner is directed to be represented through his Counsel on all hearing dates in the above C.C.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
