ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.46 of 2019 on the file of Motakondur Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 447, 427, 504, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A1 to A3.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the aforesaid proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to direct the police concerned to follow the procedure under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and another1. 3.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for petitioners, without going into the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the police concerned to follow the procedure under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar's case (supra). Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners/A1 to A3. 4.
