The appeal pertains to the year 1995. It is reported that the case bundle is not available either with the Court or with the counsels concerned.

Therefore, instead of keeping the case pending, the case is disposed of giving liberty to the parties to ventilate their grievance in accordance with law, as and when the case bundle is reconstructed and in case, the cause still survives. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
