This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not regularizing services of the petitioners after completion of 240 days continuous service as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hering, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the relief claimed in the writ petition has already been granted.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
