2. Petitioner seeks assignment of house plot in Hyderabad or in the new capital city of Amaravathi. The new capital city of Amaravathi is yet to be built. Hence, on the face of it the relief to that extent appears highly premature. To the extent of allotment sought in and around Hyderabad District, Collector appears to have called for a report from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hyderabad and Secunderabad Divisions on 27.09.2014 and would take appropriate decision on the basis of policy of the State of Telangana.

3. Hence, at this stage, I do not see any inaction with regard to any of the respondents so as to entertain this writ petition. Petitioner may renew her request at an appropriate time if the cause of action survives and law permits.
