Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2; and the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 - Gram Panchayat.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that for redressal her grievance, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 20.02.2017 to the 3rd respondent, but no action has been taken on the same. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same within a time frame.

Considering the aforesaid request, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 20.02.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, including the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
