The petitioner prays for the following relief: "....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.4 & 5 not to entertain or allow the respondents No.6 & 7 in interfering with the possession of the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.5-98 cnts in Sy.Nos.18/1 and 18/2 situated at Jeelugumalli Village and Mandal, West Godavari District since the possession has been taken from the respondent No.6 & 7 and handed over to the petitioner by the respondent No.3 proceedings in Sr.No.72/80 on dated 26.4.1992 in the interest of justice and pass....." Sri T.N.M.Ranga Rao, after arguing the writ petition for considerable length of time and realizing the difficulty in convincing the Court on the prayer made, seeks liberty to go before the authorities and seek preventive or permanent measures as are deemed necessary in the circumstances of the case. By granting the liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
