The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.1.90 cents Sy.No.114/A, Ac.1.90 cents in Sy.No.114/B and Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.No.114/C, Ac.0.80 cents in Sy.No.114/C/1, Ac.0.77 cents in Sy.No.115/B/1, Ac.1.75 cents in Sy.No.115/A, Ac.0.48 cents in Sy.No.115/B and Ac.1.75 cens in Sy.No.115/C situated at Vellapalli Village, Bheemaram Mandal, Mancherial District and petitioner got these properties through gift deeds vide document No.12607/2015 dated 30.09.2015, Doc.No.9679/2015 dated 02.09.2015 and Doc.No.9680/2015 dated 02.09.2015.

Subsequently, petitioner's name was mutated in the revenue records and also pattadar passbooks and title deeds were also issued in his favour in respect of the subject land. While so, when petitioner approached bank authorities for obtaining crop loan for the above lands, he came to know that from the year 1980-2010, the subject lands are shown as Laoni patta lands. Regarding the same, petitioner made representations on 28.09.2016 and 01.10.2016. But there was no response. Thereafter, petitioner once again made an application to District Collector on 06.03.2017. As no action has been initiated so far, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, since the grievance of the petitioner by way representation is before the authorities, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 12.04.2017 dv
