HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.2717 of 2018 Order:

The petitioners have come up with the above civil revision petition seeking a limited relief to direct the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.1342 of 2016 at the earliest.

2. Heard Mr. K.V. Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Notice was ordered on 27-4-2018. Later, the counsel was permitted to serve the papers on the counsel who appeared for the respondent. The report submitted by the Trial Court is also perused.

4. In view of the limited nature of the prayer made, the civil revision petition is disposed of, directing the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.1342 of 2016, within a period of 3 (three) months. If it is necessary to take evidence in the said application, the Court below may permit the same. But opportunity shall be given to both parties before passing final orders. The interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
