Jagadish Chandra Prasad, Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent, would agree that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by the order of a Division bench of this Court in W.A. No.702 of 2010 and batch dated 28.08.2015.

Following the said order and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
