CVNR, J CC 2248/2015 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.22.01.2014 in Writ Petition No.26243 of 2013. At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) placed before me proceedings by which the name of the petitioner has been mutated besides entering her name in 1-B (ROR) Register. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) submitted that as the Circular dt.28.06.2017 was issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana, Hyderabad, stopping issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds manually, as the Government has initiated the process of issuing Electronic Pass Book-cum-Title Deeds, the Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed could not be issued to the petitioner. He has undertaken to issue the Electronic Pass Book-cum-Title Deed by the end of December, 2017.

In the light of the above, the Contempt Case is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt case in the event the Electronic Pass Book-cum-Title Deed is not issued to her as undertaken by the learned Government Pleader.

As a sequel to closure of the contempt case, Application No.1395 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
