These two writ petitions are filed in relation to a tender notification, dated 25.02.2016.

In view of filing Writ Petition No.747 of 2017 against awarding contract to respondent No.3 therein in relation to the tender notification, dated 25.02.2016, the relief sought in these two writ petitions has become infructuous.
