Sri C. Prakash Reddy, learned Senior Counsel, would submit that sole petitioner - Sri Amal Ganguli, who is accused No.5 in C.C. No.124 of 2013 on the file of Special Judge for Economic Offences - cum - Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, is no more.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned senior counsel, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
