HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18995 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she has made an application on 04.04.2016 before the 3rd respondent for grant of pattedar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the lands in Sy.No.3/24 admeasuring 2.80 cents in Gadampalem Village, in Sy.No.27 and 28 admeasuring 2.26 cents and 0.48 cents respectively in Lingamdorapalem Village basing on the WILL executed by the owner of the said lands. As no orders are passed so far, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that unless the petitioner makes an application in form 6-A, no action can be initiated. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she would make necessary application in form 6-A.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make an application in form 6-A annexing the necessary documents within a period of two weeks from today. On such application being made, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
