M/S. Nagarjuna Cements Ltd., v. Sri P. Nageswara Rao,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.Nos.360, 392, 401, 424, 428 and 432 of 2017 COMMON ORDER :
These Writ Petitions have been filed by petitioner challenging separate orders dt.22.04.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent holding that the departmental enquiry conducted by petitioner against the respective 1st respondents is not valid, and directing the petitioner to produce evidence to prove their case.
2.
In my considered opinion, this being an interim order and since the petitioner has an opportunity to lead evidence before the 2nd respondent, the petitioner could as well challenge these orders along with the final orders which may be passed by 2nd respondent in case the petitioner is aggrieved by such final orders. 3.
Therefore, granting liberty to petitioner to assail the orders impugned herein along with the final orders which may be passed by 2nd respondent in the respective Industrial Disputes initiated by the respective 1st respondents against the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. No order as to costs.
4.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
