When the matter up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since charge sheet has already been filed in this case in Crime No.157 of 2018 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
