HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.16120 of 2019 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.25555 of 2018 and batch dated 21.06.2019 and contends that similar order be passed in the present writ petition also. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the above submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner.
This Court, having considered the submissions of both the parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.06.2019 in W.P.No.25555 of 2018 and batch directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as eligible for appointment to the post of TGT, in terms of the Regulations issued by the National Council for Teacher Education in 2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
