THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13879 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for APSEB.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents are laying High Tension wires in the middle of the land of the petitioner herein and, if the said activity is permitted, the petitioner herein will not be in a position to carry on the agricultural activities. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner herein made a representation, dated 22.03.2018, objecting the said course of action. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make appropriate representation to the respondents, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, the respondents are directed to consider the same and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
