HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.5739 OF 2012 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. Petitioner alleged that neighbour of the petitioner is undertaking extensive construction and repair work, which is likely to affect the petitioner's property. A complaint was made to the said effect on 12.12.2011 to the 1st respondent. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, this writ petition is filed.

3. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the construction is over. Obviously, it appears that no damage is caused as apprehended by the petitioner. If the petitioner has any subsisting grievance, she may file a fresh complaint and on filing of such complaint, the Municipal Corporation shall consider and take appropriate action as warranted by law.
