HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.36751 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner has filed an appeal on 14-11-2015 before 2nd respondent challenging termination of her services by 4th respondent on 04-06-2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said appeal has not been taken up by 2nd respondent till date although it has been filed almost one year back.

Learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare states that 2nd respondent or concerned District Collector in whose jurisdiction the petitioner was employed as an Anganwadi Worker Instructor falls will decide the said appeal within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
