T.Suryanarayana, v. Union Of India,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.954 of 2007 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Ramalingeswara Rao) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 14.09.2007 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.14876 of 2007.
Before the learned Single Judge, the order of transfer issued by the third respondent in letter No.E-8/TOAs/Trfs/Vol.II/20062007/74 dated 14.06.2007 was challenged. The writ petition was dismissed by the learned single Judge and in view of the passage of time, the cause of action in the writ appeal does not survive for consideration. In that view of the matter, none appears for the appellant before this Court when the case is called today. Hence, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in the appeal, if any, also stand disposed of.
