HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 1479 of 2014 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders of this Court passed in WP No. 16454 of 2014, dated 17.06.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, it is represented that in compliance of the interim orders passed by this Court in WP No.16454 of 2014, dated 17.06.2014, the respondents issued proceedings dated 23.09.2014.

3. In view of passing of an order pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 17.06.2014, it cannot be said that the interim order is violated.

4. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
