HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25328 OF 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging award dated 195-2003 in I.D.No.10 of 2001. When this matter has come up for hearing on 8-62012, the following order is passed: "Sri K.Satyanarayana Murthy assures this court that, if the matter is adjourned by two weeks, he will ensure that a faithful compliance of the orders passed by the Labour Court would be reported by the petitioners in the writ petition. With the fond hope that it will materialize, I adjourn the case by two weeks. The orders passed on 7-6-2012 is therefore recalled. Post on 29-6-2012."

Now it is represented on behalf of corporation that the orders of the Labour Court are complied with all the aspects and only with regard to employment, it is under consideration and immediate orders are not issued as the required school certificates are not produced. It is further represented that corporation would consider the request

of the respondents 1 to 4 as and when necessary school certificates are produced.

In view of the fact that the request of the respondents for employment is under active consideration of the corporation and as the orders of the Labour Court are mostly complied, as rightly pointed out by both side advocates, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the above referred order dated 8-6-2012.

As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
