THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NOs.1160, 1161, 1172 and 1174 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:
These civil revision petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the orders in O.P.Nos.7, 5, 4 & 6 of 2016 respectively, dated 21.02.2017 passed by the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.
The petitioners in O.P.Nos.7, 5, 4 & 6 of 2016 under Rule 9(1) of A.P. Rent Control Rules read with Section 24 of C.P.C, to withdraw of R.C.Nos.385, 384, 406 & 405 of 2011 from the Court of IV Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad and transfer the same to any other Rent Control Court at Hyderabad, on various grounds. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, on administrative side, by exercising power under the Rules framed under A.P. Rent Control Rules, the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad withdrawn R.C.Nos.385, 384, 406 & 405 of 2011 from the Court of IV Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad and transferred to IV Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, where the R.Cs are pending.
In view of the representation, the purpose is served and all the matters are likely to be tried by the same Rent Controller. Therefore, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
