THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.4712 of 2007 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that he has no instructions from the revision petitioner and that despite a registered letter addressed to him, he did not respond and furnish the details of the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 1 and 2 for bringing their legal representatives on record.

Since the learned counsel has already addressed a registered letter and the party did not respond, this Court is of the considered view that no further notice be ordered to the revision petitioner and that the revision petition can be dismissed for non prosecution as against the 3rd respondent as this revision petition already stood dismissed for default against the respondents 1 and 2 vide order dated 09.10.2015.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision shall also stand dismissed.
