THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13792 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 5 seeking to modify the order dated 17.12.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3741 of 2015 in Crime No.133 of 2015 by the Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The learned Special Judge while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners imposed the following conditions: "The petitioners shall appear before the S.H.O once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10 a.m., and 5 p.m., for a period of three months or till filing of the charge sheet whichever is earlier, and they shall not leave the country without prior information to the police concerned. The petitioners shall submit their passports, if any, if not file their affidavit to that effect and to submit their Photostat copy of gas connection and voter identity."

Now, the petitioners seek to relax the above conditions imposed by the learned Special Judge.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above conditions are relaxed.

It is also made clear that in case, the petitioners have not surrendered before the S.H.O. concerned so far, as directed by the learned Special Judge, they are directed to surrender on or before 20th January, 2016 before the S.H.O, Asifnagar Police Station and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum

each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O of Asifnagar Police Station. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Dated: 4.1.2016 Nn
