HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14047 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.703 of 2015 on the file of Prohibition & Excise Station, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 (c ) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c ) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and others were found transporting 200 kgs of dry ganja illegally. Since the quantity of ganja seized in the above crime, is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
