This revision petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code assailing the docket order dated 01.08.2017 in E.A.(SR) No.1530 of 2017 in E.P.No.35 of 2016 in O.S.No.51 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, wherein the maintainability of petition filed under Or.21 Rules 105 and 106 CPC was questioned by the Court below.

In view of the orders passed by this Court today in C.R.P.No.5189 of 2017, no separate orders need be passed in this revision petition.
