THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.23473 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard.

2.

Petitioner was employee of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD). By orders of the Executive Officer, TTD, dated 16.03.2018, petitioner was removed from service on the allegation of his producing a fake I.T.I. certificate at the time of appointment. Against the said order of removal, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that aggrieved by the order of dismissal, petitioner preferred appeal dated 26.05.2018. According to him, the appeal was acknowledged by TTD. If that is so, the Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, at this stage, and keep the same pending. 4.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the remedy of appeal available to him. It is needless to observe that if appeal is already received, the appellate authority shall consider the same objectively and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
