Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 3.7.2017 to the 2nd respondent-Corporation, but no orders have been passed on the said representation and a necessary direction may be issued to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Corporation Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy that the Respondents will verify the representation said to have been made by the petitioner and appropriate action will be taken thereof. 3.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Respondent-Corporation to verify the representation dated 3.7.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
