Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner in Form 6-A dated 09.01.2016 and manual application dated 13.07.2016 is pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the applications of the petitioners and take action accordingly, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
