HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.26036 of 2005 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have challenged the retrenchment order passed by the respondents and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim order dated 06.12.2005 staying the impugned retrenchment order and by virtue of the said interim order, the petitioners were allowed to continue in service. The learned counsel, therefore, contends that no further orders are necessary.

Having considered the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the considered view that if the petitioners are being continued in service by virtue of the above interim order, no further orders are necessary and the petitioners shall not be disturbed.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
