THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI L.A.A.S.Nos.828, 829, 830, 831, 832, 833, 834, 835, 836, 837, 838, 839, 840 and 1156 of 2011 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per SK,J) These appeals by the claimants under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, seeking further enhancement of compensation are amenable to disposal by way of this common judgment as they are squarely covered by the earlier decision of this Court in L.A.A.S.No.21 of 2010 and batch. A copy of the common judgment dated 31.10.2013 passed by this Court in the aforestated batch is placed on record. Learned Government Pleader for Appeals fairly concedes that the appellants in the present batch of appeals stand identically situated to the appellants in the aforestated batch of cases.

For reasons alike as were stated in the common judgment dated 31.10.2013 passed in L.A.A.S.No.21 of 2010 and batch and in terms thereof, the compensation for category No.1 and category No.2 lands is enhanced uniformly to a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- per acre. The appellants/claimants would be entitled to all statutory benefits in accordance with law.
