This Revision Case is filed against the order dated 19.01.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No.1147 of 2016 in Crime No.46 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kamareddy.

2) Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3) There are no grounds to admit the revision and keep the matter pending, but for to say any opinion ultimately given and its evidentiary value is a matter for appreciation from any difference to the alleged age of the signatures in dispute to the contemporary relevance to be taken from the contentions raised.

4) Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
